1. general

These terms of conditions regulate the relations between and the client and are an integrate constituent of each sales contract.

2. orders and prices

Prices are in USD incl. sales tax, without shipping costs.

3. production

All items are considered made to order.
Depending on the resources available it might take up to 2 weeks for an item to be made before shipping.

4. shipping costs

Shipping costs are weight based and will update in your cart automatically.

5. shipping

As all products are made to order they will be shipped as soon as possible.
For late delivery through your delivery service disclaims liability.
Shipping time is approximately 2 weeks to the US and Australia depending on the location and delivery service.
Within Europe it’s up to 1 week depending on the location and delivery service.

6. instructions for delivery

Notes for the delivery guy will be ignored, because my delivery service has no control over the service in your country. cannot notify your delivery service, when the package is shipped internationally.
Please make sure you contact your local delivery service and give them your tracking number for further instructions or urgent issues.

7. tracking number

Envelopes and regular packages get a tracking number, which will be sent automatically per email once the item gets a shipping label.
T-Shirts are excluded from tracking as the printing partner doesn’t ship any with tracking numbers.
I cannot replace them if they’re lost. That’s the current situation.

8. delays

Delayed delivery for international packages and their parcel services are not a liability of
With the tracking number the customer is responsible to

  1. leave the correct address when ordering
  2. check the tracking number for updates
  3. contact the parcel service in case the delivery is delayed or the status is unclear

All transactions occurs with PayPal only.

10. returns

Please check the goods after delivery immediately. won’t take responsibility for the wrong handling of international delivery services (all outside Switzerland) . will take responsibility for the delivery within their own country only (Switzerland).
Damages during transport with international delivery services might happen and are not a liability of

Following products won’t be taken back:
– goods that were not ordered from
– damaged products by the customer
– damaged products during international transport

11. customs regulations doesn’t hold responsibility of your country’s customs regulations. If you pay customs, is not obligated to compensate for it. will always put the original price in the description of any item and if taxes are due then the customer takes full responsibility.

12. guarantee assures that the goods are delivered in good repair.
All products are handmade, assembled, and checked by the artist.
It may comes to irregularities of colors and surface structure.
All items purchased from are for private use, shelf display, or convention use only. Handle with care.
